The setting is very pleasant, ideal location on the alleys of Étigny, close to everything you need, and of course the cable cars to go up to the ski resort. This small apartment tastefully decorated, like the building, offers a superb and very pleasant setting. Special mention for the indoor pool! Impeccable welcome. I recommend this accommodation!
We loved eugenies place. It worked well for two families and the decoration is gorgeous. The whole building has been renovated to a very high standard and is beautiful from top to bottom. The photographs of the apartment do not do it justice. The living area is much larger than it appears in the photographs, providing plenty of room for everyone. All the towels and bed linens were high quality and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was a little compact, but offered everything we needed. There were plenty of plates, cutlery and glasses. The location is excellent in the heart of Luchon and we loved the pool and the basement ski locker which made departure and arrival with ski equipment very easy. We will return!
I booked Eugenie's accommodation as part of a business trip for two of my colleagues. Eugénie has adapted to the needs of business travelers. She installed smoke detectors in her accommodation which is a mandatory criterion during a business trip and I wanted to thank her particularly for that. Our discussions were very easy. The best welcome was reserved for them on their arrival and the accommodation corresponded perfectly to their expectations. I recommend !

We were 9 and had a great stay in this beautiful apartment. You can rent it with your eyes closed! The location is ideal for skiing or hiking (opposite the gondolas). The accommodation is incredibly clean and the decoration without any lack of taste. A big thank you to Eugénie for her responsiveness and Madame Magne for her welcome.

Great location 5 mins from eggs to ski resort. The welcome of Mrs. Magne very helpful who was able to adapt to our schedules. We will come back with pleasure in any season.

Eugenie's place is full of light, and very centrally located. It was great for a couple. We enjoyed buying bread 2 doors down for breakfast, and sampling restaurants just a 1 minute walk away. We were there in October (out of season) and it was very quiet at night. We were able to park a bicycle downstairs, and relax in the little heated pool - we loved it.
Apart from the services which are perfect, we were particularly sensitive during this weekend (as a family) to the kindness and welcome of the person who received us. Also, we were lucky to be the only tenants present in the building and therefore to have been able to benefit in peace from the well-being area, which is particularly relaxing. We can already imagine ourselves coming back for the winter sports season! Thank you Eugenie and Roselyne!

The location is ideal, very close to the cable car and directly on the main street. The apartment is perfectly equipped although the oven is a difficult to understand microwave oven. The bedding is comfortable but is two individual beds pushed together - something to note for couples. There is no available parking outside but there is some just up and past the cable cars which was safe for our journey. The pool is short but fantastic, an excellent way to relax and the apartment has a lock up with large storage for bags, a bike etc. the room does not suffer from noise despite being on the main street and with windows open allows for good airflow. Pillows are acceptable but i would recommend bringing your own. Towels provided and the apartment is well kitted out in a contemporary fashion that maintains the beauty of the age of the building; this is a place you can sprawl out despite its compact look - and you can cook fairly easily here with all kitchen equipment provided. Bring dishwasher tablets though. I would recommend it, even if a little pricey and would certainly look to stay again. Check out is flexible and appears to be subject to the manager's calendar rather than your own.
The apartment is great, right in town and with everything we needed. The pool is amazing and there is a good storage area down stairs for bikes in summer or skis in winter. We will definitely be back when we get a chance.

Very nice apartment. In the center.
Stayed in Eugenie #3 for three nights, wished our stay was much longer! This is a fantastic place, with awesome views, right in the middle of town. Close to bakeries and restaurants. Free street parking is easily available about a block from the building. The apartment is fully equipped, including washer/drier. The small pool in the building is perfect for relaxing after a long bike ride.
The apartment is spacious, well equipped and near the cable car to go up to the ski slopes. We were 6 people with a baby and we had a great time. To be improved: the wifi connection is bad, and one of the bedrooms has two sofa beds, not suitable for people with back problems. The swimming pool at 30 degrees is a plus for after skiing. I recommend this apartment.
We had a very good stay with the family, the children loved the swimming pool (ideal temperature), the apartment is very well equipped, and the ideal location for going up to the resort... we recommend the restaurant l'Arbesquense for two not (to be reserved). Superb apartment very well located in Luchon, especially for skiing! We especially appreciated the heated ski box, the swimming pool and the beauty of the apartment. The two bathrooms are really a plus when there are several of you. Thank you for the welcome, everything was perfect.
Magnificent apartment
Beautiful setting and beautiful apartment. We weren't there to ski, but we did go to the geothermal spa (Thermes)! It was great.
